Under supervision of Jorge Perez, founder of The Related Group founder, this boutique building was designed by one of the best teams known for their exclusive designs — Sieger-Suarez Architects, Enzo Enea and Yabu Pushelberg. Riccardo De Marchi commissioned the fitting of art pieces by Markus Linnenbrink, which help turn the spacious foyer into a luxurious gallery.
Marea’s foyer is exquisite, inspired and full of pleasant surprises and clever architectural decisions. It was designed by the world-known firm of Yabu Pushelberg, and contains many original art works by various internationally renowned modern artists. Riccardo De Marchi’s glistening Plexiglas, a reception desk made of steel and foyer walls seem like a large sculpture inside a lofty atrium. Passageways adorned with unusual woodworks and wooden drapes were designed by Yabu Pushelberg, they lead to the elevator foyer murals featuring Markus Linnenbrink’s works.
