A new complex in Brickell is called Le Parc, it is a 12-floor structure that will present a vast variety of residences in the city, showing them from a new exciting angle. Developers of this state-of-the-art project in the very epicenter of Brickell offer notably small apartment prices. But most important of all – payment can be received in portions. After concluding the contract you pay just 20% of the full price. The other portion can be paid in installments over the construction period. In the beginning of year 2015 we plan to finish the construction.
